                           Delivery and Refund Policy

   

Track your order with DPD

You can track your parcel using a link which will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched or alternatively you can contact your local depot, if you have any special instructions e.g. leave your parcel with a neighbour, you live in a flat or somewhere with an entry system that their driver will need to know. Please use the following link to find the information for your local depot and their contact details so that you can notify them immediately.  

Our standard delivery time is 3 working days from the point you order to a delivery to your door. This allows our purchasing and production team the correct amount of time to prepare your order ensuring our produce is fresh. Placing an order before 6pm on a working day counts as 1 day. Your order will be prepared the day after and collected by our courier, this will then be delivered to you the following working day. Order by 6pm on a Wednesday to receive your delivery in the same week otherwise you will not receive your delivery until the following Tuesday. If a Monday falls on a bank holiday delivery will default to a Wednesday. DPD Overnight do not collect from our depot on a weekend.

Saturday Delivery before 12pm – There is an option for a Saturday delivery, however there is an increased delivery charge due to an additional supplement charged by DPD Overnight. Order by 12pm on Thursday to receive your delivery for Saturday.

When you have completed your order online you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Once we have completed your order and it is ready to be dispatched you will receive a notification email from our team. We will then submit your delivery information to our courier company. When they are in receipt of your delivery information, they will send you a notification via email/text to advise you of your delivery date and your parcel tracking number. DPD collects from our premises daily so that we can guarantee once your order has left our production facility it will be delivered to your door the following day. 

In the morning on the day of your delivery you will receive a 2nd notification via e-mail/text providing you with a 2-hour window for when your parcel will be delivered.

If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place.

 

Free Standard delivery on orders £50 or over

Standard delivery service is Tuesday-Friday between 8am-6pm (Price £11.99) ​

Saturday delivery service is before 1pm (Price £14.99)

 

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY OF YOUR PARCEL OR TO CONTACT APC TO REARRANGE DELIVERY IN THE EVENT YOU ARE GOING TO BE UNAVAILABLE AT THE ANTICIPATED TIME OF DELIVERY OR IF DELIVERY IS NOT SUCCESSFUL AT FIRST ATTEMPT.

 

Where do we deliver?

Currently we only deliver to mainland UK.

    Order by the end of the day Monday to receive your order on Thursday

Order by the end of the day Tuesday to receive your order on Friday

    Order by the end of the day Wednesday to receive your order on Tuesday 

Order by the end of the day Thursday to receive your order on Tuesday 

Order by the end of the day Friday to receive your order on Wednesday

   Order by the end of the day Saturday to receive your order on Wednesday

Order by the end of the day Sunday to receive your order on Wednesday 

 

Refunds

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
